I currently only ship within Luxembourg.

Processing Time

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days, unless otherwise specified for a particular item.

Shipping

Once processing is complete, your order will be securely packaged and shipped. As soon as the package has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation. If available, this will also include a tracking number.

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after the order has been shipped and are estimated to be 2–5 business days.

The delivery times listed are estimates. Delays caused by the shipping carrier or due to force majeure are beyond my control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and are clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or there is a problem with the delivery, please contact me promptly so we can work together to find a solution.
