Refund policy

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are being shipped to the European Union. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact me at contact@vea.lu or make your return request directly via your order confirmation email. To do this, click on the "View Order" button in your order confirmation email. You will then be taken to an overview of your order. In the top right corner, you will find the "Return" button. Click on it, fill in all the required information, and submit your return request. If your return is accepted, you will receive an email from me with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items that are returned to me without you first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cost of return shipping

In the event of a cancellation, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of completing the checkout process.

After this period or as soon as your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, so I can evaluate and fix the problem.

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom orders (custom orders or personalized items). Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns of sale items or coupons.

Exchanges

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate purchase.

Refunds

I will notify you once I have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
